Grape varieties:
25% Syrah from Serra de Castellnou.
50% Red Grenache from Coma d'en Bonet.
25% Cabernet Sauvignon from Coma d'en Bonet
Winemaking:
Harvested by hand in optimum maduration, fermentated separately at 25 ºC y, on March 2019 mixed and aged in Inox until August 2019, when was bottled.
Winemaker's notes:
Cherry red with good intensity and vivid hues, presents an interesting complexity on the nose (rip fruit, light toasty) and palate (fleshy, equilibrate, integrated tanins and a persistent aftertaste).
Analytics: 14,50 % VOL
Serving temperature: Serve between 16 - 18ºC
